Aqua Aerobic is the ideal exercise for anyone who wants to improve their cardio-respiratory stamina, flexibility and muscle strength. Like any form of exercise in water,aqua aerobic excludes any fear of injury with the added benefit of being equally beneficial and accessible to all regardless of age and physical condition.

Niovi Mara is a swimming coach and has been an aqua aerobic coach for the last ten years. She has won the 4th place in the European water polo championship with women's national team. She has also won 4 Greek championships with the N.O.Vouliagmeni team. She is a TEFAA graduate with a specialty in swimming.
